Dockerscan

Dockerscan is a security scanner for Docker.

When the container boom started I saw a big problem: almost nobody knew how to secure them, and the tools that existed left a lot to be desired. So I rolled up my sleeves and built it myself.

What it does

• Scans Docker images for vulnerabilities.
• Analyzes container configuration.
• Detects hardcoded secrets.
• Spots security issues in real time.

Who uses it

It has over 1,400 stars on GitHub and companies of all sizes use it to secure containers.

It’s written in Go because I needed it to be fast, and it is.
