Secure development with AI. The same idea when a model touches the code and the decisions. Where risk sneaks in when you code with an assistant, and how to cut it before it reaches production.

Connecting an AI to your systems without opening the door. What it can touch, with which permissions, and what happens when you give it access to things that can break. The industry calls this MCP. I wrote a book on it with Alfonso Muñoz and I have presented it at RootedCON.

I work with real code and with the failures I have seen at clients. No names, the whole failure. Your team leaves knowing what to look at on Monday.

Consulting

When the problem will not die in another meeting, I step in.

I review how the AIs you have connected are set up, why something is slow, and where it falls over or lets someone in. I tell you what is happening and what I would do, with the system running.

Sometimes it is a focused engagement: one problem, one date, one result. Sometimes a fixed monthly fee and I am in, so you do not have to explain the system to me every time.

I also do one-to-one work, highly tailored. Few slots, and always around a concrete problem.
