Ongoing technical advisory

I advise companies with development teams on the architecture, security and AI decisions that are expensive to undo later.

It is an ongoing relationship, without counting hours, in which I end up knowing their systems like someone on the inside.

Ongoing advisory

Some months they consult me a lot and others hardly at all, and over time it evens out. Since I follow each company month after month, when a question comes in I already know the system and why each thing was decided.

What it includes

  • The sessions the work calls for, with me and with whoever the company chooses, from the CTO to whoever owns each topic. We agree the rhythm at the start and adjust it as we go.
  • Direct WhatsApp with me for whatever comes up between sessions.
  • Answers the same working day.

How we start

With a 15-minute call about what is on the table. At the end I say whether I can help and what it costs, and if I do not see it clearly, I say that too.

The audio on why AI turns dumb

I send one email a day. Everyone who signs up gets, right then, a ten minute audio on what almost nobody knows about ChatGPT and Claude.

I only ask for an email address, and leaving takes one click. How I handle the data.
